Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

My kids love donut holes and are always asking for them. I bought a donut hole pan so I can make them at home. For my first go around, I decided to go easy: pancake donut holes, tossed in cinnamon sugar. Yum!

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Pre-heat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Spoon the mix into the wells of the donut hole pan. Fill each well 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.

Meanwhile, combine cinnamon and sugar. Melt butter.

When the donut holes are cooled, dunk each one in melted butter until fully coated. Then, toss in the cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
